About the Role
- We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern frontend technologies, UI development, and the ability to translate designs into smooth, responsive user interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React / Vue / Angular.
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD/UI designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect front-end code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver reliable features.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases while ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Implement reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Debug and resolve issues across browsers and devices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to UI/UX improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Frontend Development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience in at least one modern frontend framework: React (preferred), Vue or Angular.
- Understanding of REST APIs and integrating backend services.
- Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.
- Basic understanding of version control systems like Git/GitHub.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, NPM, Yarn, etc.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles.
Good to Have (Optional)
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Redux, Zustand, or other state management libraries.
- Experience working with Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap, etc.
- Basic understanding of SEO, web accessibility (A11Y), and performance optimization.
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Soft Skills

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
